Conference Site and Hotel Information Registration (and meal options) |
Speaking GuidelinesLCD projection will be provided for use with speaker-provided laptops. At the time of their talk, speakers will also provide a memory-stick containing a PDF or MS PowerPoint version of their presentation. A total of 20 minutes will be allotted for speaking, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers and any followup slide discussion. There will be 3-5 minutes allowed for changeover between speakers for mike and laptop setup. |
